Go Anywhere in and around Tehachapi, California and you'll find people who all seem to know and love, Linda Costelloe-Clough. Not only because she's a Top Producing Broker, but also because she is involved with every aspect of our great community. From sponsoring local Little League & Softball teams, cheerleaders, to Jr. Miss or Little Miss Rodeo contestants, everyone knows Linda loves her community and takes pride in helping whenever she can.

Linda has been a Tehachapi resident since 1981, became a Realtor in 1990, and has remained one of the most respected business women in the community.

During Linda's busy real estate career, she has served on many local committees as well as being President of the Local Association of Realtors in 2001, and she was just proudly elected to be the President of the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors for 2010.

Re-locating to Tehachapi can be difficult but with Linda's help making that move just became a whole lot easier. With her roots firmly established in Tehachapi, Linda prides herself in staying abreast of all aspects of our growing city, as well as what goes on in the surrounding areas such as Golden Hills, Stallion Springs, Bear Valley, Alpine Forest and outlying areas. Linda raised her 3 children in Tehachapi, so Linda's children all attended school in the area, so she tries to stay very informed about what goes on in the schools throughout Tehachapi.

Every year Linda remains one of Tehachapi's Top Producers, while still keeping that "Personal Touch” working with all of her clients. "There's no place else I would rather live" she is often quoted, and everyone that meets her soon realizes her motto of 19 years remains true...."She works... and works... and works".

Linda's daughter, Stacey Costelloe-Christy, having been born and raised in Tehachapi proudly follows in her mother's footsteps, as one of Tehachapi's leading Realtors. She is also Linda's licensed assistant.

Linda is Co-Owner of Town & Country Real Estate which she proudly opened in January of 2003. The office building where Linda chooses to do business out of is on the historical walk and was built in 1890. Linda prides herself in "treating everyone like family", so why not drop in and say hello to Linda's family, from her daughter Stacey, to her mother Ellen who is the weekend receptionist, to her grandkids, who are often found wandering about in the office.
